If you are new to fitness and sport then this is the package for you. Your specialist trainer will conduct a functional movement screen with you to assess your movement competency and identify any asymmetries and muscle imbalances. This allows us to deliver a highly personalised conditioning program that will enable you perform well in the gym and maximise your results. Your training program will comprise a number of training modalities to improve cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular strength and joint mobility. Depending on your personal goals, your body type and your fitness level we will emphasise either weight loss or muscular hypertrophy or both. In any case after completing the program you will enjoy a leaner more toned body and you’ll be ready to take your training to the next level.
