Ben Lonergan

Ben has a varied background, he holds a degree in sports rehabilitation and he is currently completing a MSc in strength and conditioning science at St Mary’s University. Ben played professional rugby for a number of years and he now works as a performance coach in both rugby and professional boxing. Having first-hand experience in elite sport as an athlete and as a strength and conditioning coach, Ben brings a unique skill set to Baraka Training. Ben provides his clients with a training experience previously only available to elite athletes. Ben enjoys applying his knowledge of training theory and his experience of working in elite sport to assist his clients achieve their goals. Whether you intend to shift some extra pounds or you are an athlete training for competition Ben will assist you in reaching your goals in the most efficient manner possible.
