Kurtis is a professional kickboxer, working with us to develop more speed and power in the ring. Good striking and ring movement depends on strength, stability, and speed in a staggered stance. To ensure the carryover of training effects from conditioning to his sport we often combine single leg strength training with multi-directional movement drills.
