Whether you are going on holiday soon and you want to hit the beach looking your best or you want to shift the extra pounds you piled on over the winter season or if you have you been exercising for a while but are struggling to shed that spare tyre round your waist this is the package for you. The key to weight loss is a combination of effective training prescription, a balanced healthy diet and progress tracking to accommodate for your fitness gains. As part of the weight loss program you will be asked to complete a food diary and undergo a full dietary analysis and body composition assessment. We will provide you with alternative meal plans and keep track of your body fat levels and muscle tone. The training program will be tailored to target the bodies largest muscle groups in your legs and core to maximise your calorie expenditure and whole body muscle tone. On this program you will enjoy a highly varied training plan including core training, resistance training, high-intensity interval training as well as cardio training.
